THE ELECTRONICS CLUB OF VIT

Position:Core Committee Member

DEC 2019-Present

TEC is one of the well established clubs of VIT that aims to inculcate practical knowledge to the students, provide them platform to change their ideas into innovations and develop their skills to compete with the present world of electronics.TEC-VIT does not tell you what your goals should be, but surely helps you to move closer to them.

Currently I am one of the IOT mentors at TEC-VIT.

TOASMASTERS INTERNATIONAL - VIT CHAPTER

Position:SPEAKER

MAR 2019-Present

The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Currently I am a speaker at SOL-VIT which is one of the prestigious club among the 10 clubs that come under TMI-VIT.

AYUDA NGO

Ayuda ngo is a Non-Government Enterprise which aims at bringing different sections of the society together to work towards common goal of collective development.It helps to bring out the change in society by spreading hands to help out the unprivileged children and other backward social communities.

I worked as a designer at Ayuda NGO for 1 year.

As IoT is considered to be the fourth Industrial revolution, which uses digital technology to connect sensors, actuators, and machines to each other.Iothinc is a student community where we build projects based on IoT and Sensors.Here at Iothinc we believe that The Best way to Predict the Future is to CREATE IT.

I was part of the management as well as the technical team at Iothinc.

PROJECTS

Indoor Mapping using BLE

The main aim of this project is to create a BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons) used evacuation system which gives the route to exit in case of emergencies.Usually google maps don't provide the interior route of any building.So our main aim was to make an app that connects to ble and using ble we direct the user with an exit path in case of emergencies such as fire,earthquack,etc.

COVID-19 TRACKER

Covid19 is an android app that displays the details of the effect that the pandemic had on India.The app collects information about the total number of reported cases,total number of deaths and total number of people recovered along with the update time and date.It even shows the number of deaths and recovery within a single day.

This app was my first attempt in using api with android studio and using http to get and display the information.

Destini

Destini was my first flutter app.It is a story telling app which is similar to the Bandersnatch movie where the users select an option and the story continues according to what they selected.Quizzler also provides options to the user and according to what the user selects the story builds.

The main aim of this project was to improve my UI/UX skills.

ABC’s about the developers of the United States.

This is an Udacity project for data science in which i am suppose to write a blog based on my analysis from a chosen dataset. For this blog i chose Stack Overflow annual dataset for the year 2018.

SolarMate

The main idea was to measure the current and voltage parameters of the solar panels set up in establishments using solar energy for power generation, and also to collect data about the factors affecting the amount of power generated, like temperature, humidity, cloud coverage, and insolation. Also, the solar panel will rotate according to the direction of incoming sunlight.

Non-Contact Water Level Monitoring System using Arduino and Ultrasonic Sensor

The main aim was to design a Non-Contact Water Level Monitoring Control System. In this project the Ultrasonic sensor provides the feedback to system, this feedback is then used by the system to decide whether the pump will be operated or not. The Ultrasonic Sensor obtains the water level as distance of water surface from the sensor.

Poultry Farm- Using Arduino Uno board

This project aims to provide an ambient atmosphere for poultry animals. The project uses basic sensors such as DHT11, MQ135 to provide ambient temperature for the hens to breed and to even send an alert if the level of CO2 increases above an optimum level.Like wise other factors that are essential to provide healthy environment for poultry animals are also monitored.

Traffic light controller - Using FPGA board

To make a traffic light controller that controls the traffic in a cross road based on the number of vehicles in each road. The idea is that road with a greater number of vehicles gets the priority, this way the road with the highest traffic will be cleared first hence making the driving experience smoother
